More about the State Plan for Independent Living
Every three years, the Massachusetts Statewide Independent Living Council (MASILC) creates a State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).
MASILC works with the MA Independent Living Centers (ILCs) and MassAbility to create the SPIL.
The SPIL is a three-year plan that:
- Sets goals for Independent Living services
- Guides advocacy
- Improves public outreach and education
Please join us and bring your ideas and comments to the conversation.
