The SILC and all of the IL Centers organize annual celebrations on the anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Act – July 26, 1990. There is usually a celebration at Dunn Pond State Park in Gardner, with accessible kayaking, hiking, lunch and live music. On the 10 year anniversaries, there can be a march in Boston.
